Personal Income Tax Reform. Excise Tax on Fuel: excise tax rate of $4.00 per imperial gallon on gasoline and diesel, subject to retail prices at or below the price cap of $13.95. No VAT Reform has taken place and No Corporate Tax Reform has been introduced. Piecemeal review of the Fiscal Regime is taking place. Little serious attention is being paid to the issue of the Non-Accommodation Sector.
