Sponsorship Opportunities

Executive Luncheons

Five Executive Luncheons will be held for 2019 within the months of February, March, April, May, June. Sponsors will be permitted to:

ü  run a feature in two editions of the Chamber Update within the month of sponsorship

ü  brand the room, place promotional paraphernalia and host a welcome table

ü  make a 5 minute presentation to gathering and then “Introduce” the Guest Speaker. If there are multiple Sponsors, one will be allowed to do the welcome and the other the Vote of Thanks.

Average Attendance of a Chamber Luncheon: 40 - 60 persons

Promotional Sponsorship: $2,500.00

The Chamber gives companies the opportunity to be a featured speaker for an executive luncheon. Featured Speaker Sponsorship: $3,500 -$4,500.00*

Featured Speaker Sponsorship in addition to the above receives:

ü  your banner be placed on the Chamber website for 3 months

ü  a flyer will be placed on all Chamber social media outlets

*Members are charged a discounted rate as a result. 

Encounter Series

Three Encounters will be held in 2019 within the months of March, May and August.Sponsors will be permitted to:

ü  run a feature in two editions of the Chamber Update within the month of sponsorship

ü  brand the room, place promotional paraphernalia and host a welcome table

ü  make a 5 minute presentation to gathering and then “Introduce” the Guest Speaker. If there are multiple Sponsors, one will be allowed to do the welcome and the other the Vote of Thanks.

Average Attendance of an Encounter: 30 - 50 persons

Promotional Sponsorship Packages:

Exclusive Sponsor: $2,500.00

Multiple Sponsors: $1,500.00

Quarterly General Meetings

The Chamber hosts three Quarterly General Meetings yearly within the months of March, May and August. Sponsors will be permitted to:

ü  run a feature in two editions of the Chamber Update

ü  brand the room, place promotional paraphernalia and host a welcome table

ü  make a 5 minute presentation to gathering and then “Introduce” the Guest Speaker. If there are multiple Sponsors, one will be allowed to do the welcome and the other the Vote of Thanks.

Average Attendance of a Quarterly General Meeting: 50 - 70 persons

Promotional Sponsorship Packages:

Exclusive Sponsor: $2,500.00

Multiple Sponsors: $2,000.00

Annual General Meeting

The Chamber hosts an Annual General Meetings every November. Sponsors will be permitted to:

ü  run a feature in two editions of the Chamber Update

ü  brand the room, place promotional paraphernalia and host a welcome table

ü  make a 5 minute presentation to gathering and then “Introduce” the Guest Speaker. If there are multiple Sponsors, one will be allowed to do the welcome and the other the Vote of Thanks.

Average Attendance of an Annual General Meeting: 60-90 persons

Promotional Sponsorship Packages: At Cost

Chamber Mixers

The Chamber looks to host as many mixers as possible. Mixers are more of a casual after work activity. Sponsors will be permitted to:

ü  run a feature in two editions of the Chamber Update

ü  brand the venue, give out promotional paraphernalia and host a welcome table

Average Attendance of a Mixer: 60 persons
