This workshop exposes participants to effective techniques for bringing about significant improvement in the productivity and operational performance of their organization. Increased competition and tight fiscal and economic realities are forcing organizations to search for ways to work smarter and more efficiently. The tools which will be learned by attendees in this workshop will allow participants to lead these organizations to improved operational efficiency and by extension productivity.
This workshop is interactive, informal, and participatory in nature. Participants will work in teams and will work on practical exercises in order to develop a level of comfort with the operational performance improvement tools.
